On June 15, 2025, the plastic mold manufacturing center on the first floor of Lesun's headquarters building officially commenced production, marking a key step in the company's injection molding industry chain.
The center boasts impressive capabilities: equipped with cutting-edge equipment such as the latest MAKINO and FANUC CNC machining centers and SODICK spark machines, and supported by a professional team of over 20 highly skilled mold design engineers, as well as machining and mold assembly technicians, they adhere to the principle of continuous improvement throughout the entire process, from design and processing to assembly. Each dimension is meticulously verified using a Zeiss coordinate measuring machine （CMM）to ensure the mold parts achieve micron-level precision.
